Set Up Your New HOA Account Portal – SnapHOA
Action Property Management, 588’s new management company uses SnapHOA as the official HOA management portal for our community. All homeowners are required to set up a SnapHOA account to access important HOA services and communications.
Through SnapHOA, you can:
View your HOA account and current balance
Pay monthly dues securely online, including the option to enroll in AutoPay
Access up-to-date building information, notices, and documents
Submit and track building and maintenance requests
Make sure your contact information is up-to-date
It is important to ensure your contact information—including phone number and email address—is accurate and up to date so you do not miss critical HOA communications.
Can I access SnapHOA if I am a renter?
If you rent your unit, we encourage you to connect with your unit owner and ask to be added to SnapHOA. This will allow you to stay informed and up to date on general building news, announcements, and communications. For privacy and security, tenant access is limited to shared community information and does not include homeowner account details or HOA financial information.
Monthly HOA Board Meeting
The next regular HOA Board Meeting will be held on January 28, 2026 at 5:00 in the 588 Management Office or can be accessed via Zoom. All 588 homeowners are welcome to attend.
