Set Up Your New HOA Resident Account Portal – SnapHOA
Action Property Management, 588’s new management company uses SnapHOA as the official HOA management portal for our community. All homeowners are required to set up a SnapHOA account to access important HOA services and communications.
Through SnapHOA, you can:
View your HOA account and current balance
Pay monthly dues securely online, including the option to enroll in AutoPay
Access up-to-date building information, notices, and documents
Submit and track building and maintenance requests
Make sure your contact information is up-to-date
It is important to ensure your contact information—including phone number and email address—is accurate and up to date so you do not miss critical HOA communications.
Can I access SnapHOA if I am a renter?
Yes. you can, and we encourage you to do so to be notified of the latest building information. Provide your information (names, unit number, phone numbers and email addresses) to the 588 Condos Management Office and you will then receive a confirmation email that you are set up in Snap HOA. For privacy and security, tenant access is limited to shared community information and does not include homeowner account details or HOA financial information.
