Joe Hernandez
Maintenance Engineer

Joe serves as Maintenance Engineer for the 588 Condominium Association, Inc. Joe began at 588 Condominiums nearly seven years ago and oversees all maintenance and vendor related matters associated with the building.

Joe plays a critical role in helping to manage the day-to-day operations of the community. Joe takes pride in his work and is always ready to assist owners and residents with any needs they may have.

On any given day, you’ll find Joe assisting with the cleanliness of the building; performing maintenance in one of the common or amenity areas, or assuring that owners and residents have access into the building among other things.

Joe is a native of Texas; a husband and father of three adorable boys.

Jose Navarro
Porter/Maintenance

Jose Navarro has served the 588 Condominium Association as Porter for over 19 years. Jose greets every resident with a smile and is always willing to lend a hand and go the extra mile.

Jose frequently goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and is a valued member of the management team. There is no task too big or small for Jose.

Jose has made a career in Community Association Management and the 588 Community has played a huge part in his success.

Jose is a native of El Salvador and a family man with a wife, son, and daughter he adores.

Mark Mayland
HOA Board President

Mark has lived at 588 for eight years. He is a creative director having worked at agencies and companies all over the country and on many national accounts. He currently works for a national event production company as their Director of Creative Services.

He has a BFA from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Originally from Idaho, Mark has done stints in Connecticut, New York, San Francisco and now Dallas where he has been for 18 years.

Mark has lived in the building since 2017.

Katie Doolittle-Moye
HOA Board Vice President

Katie is a seasoned professional with 25 years of comprehensive experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in Correspondent, Co-Issue, MSR sales, and sub-servicing. She holds a degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Psychology from TCU.

Demonstrating leadership and commitment to her field, Katie serves on the board of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association. Actively engaged in her community, she also holds a board position with the Ennis Education Foundation, where she notably serves as the Dinner and Auction Chair.

Outside of her professional and community endeavors, Katie enjoys exploring the diverse culinary offerings of the Dallas area and supporting the students of Ennis High School, where her husband is the principal.

Katie has lived in the building fsince 2017.

Gregory Clift
HOA Board Secretary

Greg is a partner with the law firm of Rogge Dunn Group, one of the top Dallas law firms.

He is a trial lawyer representing clients in complex civil cases and arbitration proceedings involving business disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, violations of non-competes, employment torts, and insurance disputes.

Greg has represented clients’ interests throughout the United States, Brazil and Canada.

Abteen Vaziri
HOA Board Treasurer

Abteen is currently Chief Investment Officer and President of Uptown Companies, Inc., and previously served as Managing Director at Brevet Capital Management, where he oversaw more than $500 million in real estate assets and built the firm’s EB-5 and real estate practices. He also held leadership roles at Greystone & Co., helping establish its EB-5 real estate financing platform.

Mr. Vaziri holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, an MBA in Finance from SMU’s Cox School of Business, and a J.D. with a concentration in Finance and Business Law from Fordham University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Texas.

He brings extensive expertise in hotel asset evaluation, real estate finance, EB-5 fundraising, and institutional lending, along with significant experience in strategic planning, accounting, and risk management.

Abteen has lived in the building since 2023.

Christopher Montasser
HOA Board
Member at Large

Chris is the Owner/Principal at Huntersera Consulting.

As owner and principal for Huntersera Consulting, he leads his team of consultants and acts as the Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager as Advisor on projects ranging from $4M to $28M.

Prior to Huntersera Chris was a design engineer at a Dallas engineering firm.

He brings extensive experience in design and construction as he also managed the pre-construction services department at a Design/Build General Contracting firm in North Texas.

Chris holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Chis has lived in the building since 2024.
